Pastor Keenan Roberts with wife Anjela and sons Blaze and Jade

Pastor Keenan serves NDCC as Senior Pastor. Prior to this, he was the founding pastor of another northern suburbs A/G church, Destiny Church, which began in September 2002. He served as a staff pastor at Abundant Life Christian Center in Arvada, Colorado for eight years prior to launching Destiny Church as a daughter church birthed out of ALCC. Pastor Keenan spent eighteen years in youth ministry and served for eight years at ALCC as youth pastor and worship leader and has directed numerous theatrical and musical productions since 1992. His experience as a writer and director - ranging from illustrated sermons to large-scale seasonal outreach events - will continue to serve NDCC and its strategy for utilizing drama as an effective tool to aggressively communicate with people. He is a strong believer that the message of the love and forgiveness of Jesus Christ can be presented through innovative and creative means and that there is a heavenly power available to every Christian that comes through the infilling and presence of the Holy Spirit.

He is an ordained minister with the General Council of the Assemblies of God. He and his wife Anjela have been happily married since 1987 and have two sons: Jade (in middle school) and Blaze (in elementary school).
