This aspect of youth ministry is also key to what we believe young people need. The forming of small-groups gives our young people a close-knit circle of others they grow closer to in relationship. The groups are built on a spiritual and relational foundation. Youth ICUs are formed for either middle school aged teens or high school aged teens. Each group has a leader (or leaders) that direct the discussions and the direction of the small-group meetings. The various ICUs meet in different places at different times.
